To undertake the planning, design development, construction, ownership and operation of a proposed 5-unit workforce affordable housing development and to use the 1865 Drew Farmhouse for the proposed workforce affordable housing thereby preserving the historic exterior of the facade visible form the public way, and to coordinate with any public or private charitable or nonprofit corporation or organization or the Town of Westford in any way appropriate for achievement of these stated goals.
