We are on a mission to empower educators by cultivating community, leadership, and professional practice. Through direct school partnershpips and our broad educator community, tecs evidence-based programming is elevating the status of the profession and keeping great teachers in the classroom.
Programs

Tec also partners with schools, distrits, and other educator organizations to provide holistic wellbeing programming for educators. This innovative professional development series equips educators with the tools needed to thrive in their roles, combatting the stress and burnout that most commonly leads to educator attrition. For the school year 2023-2024, 91% of teachers were retained. Of these teachers: 67% were teachers of color. 86% credit our programs with increasing the retention. 98% rated our programs with a positive rating; and 94% of teachers felt the programs improved their wellbeign.
