The fedcap group offers a growth platform for agencies to collectively showcase the power of possible. Continually innovating in the areas of education, workforce development, health and economic development, the fedcap group provides solutions that break down barriers to societal inclusion and financial well-being for hundreds of thousands of children and adults each year.to facilitate the operations of these dozens of non-profit agencies in a coordinated, efficient and cost-effective manner, the fedcap group provides corporate services such as finance, human resources, payroll, legal and information technology services at cost. Each subsidiary reimburses the fedcap group for its share of these administrative costs. For 990 purposes, the revenue and expenses net-out to zero on the fedcap group form 990, but the revenue is being reported as program service revenue, while the expenses are being recorded as an administrative/management) or fundraising/development expense in part ix.
