Mission
The fellows initiative is a network of christian discipleship and leadership development programs for recent college graduates. We seek to inspire and equip the emerging generation of leaders for the marketplace, church and society.
Programs
3 programs
Director recruitment, training & support - tfi provides training for church leaders that want to start tfi-affiliated and church-based leadership programs. In 2023-24, approximately 30 individuals participate in tfi training programs.
Marketing & partnerships - tfi leads campus outreach and other programs to help recruit participants into the church-based leadership programs in the tfi network. In 2023-24 tfi reached at least 50 campuses and related organizations.
Tfi develops and distributes a variety of training and program support materials for the programs in the tfi network of church-based leadership development programs.
