In 2024, the FLWHEP was visited by over 4,600 individuals, with more than half from outside Missouri. Guided tours are given by volunteer docents and provide insight into the history and significance of the house. The FLWHEP also hosted 500 students, 4th grade - college age, for free student tours to support their classroom learning in art, architecture, geometry, history and interior design. Other highlights include the annual free community lecture at the Saint Louis Art Museum at which speaker Ken Oshima presented on Wright's Imperial Hotel. Two college students participated in a paid internship program (art history & architecture).
