The G7 Foundation Inc

The g7+ foundation is organized to assist and support the exclusively charitable purposes of the g7+ consistent with the goals and purposes of the g7+ charter, including programs and activities of the g7+ or in which the g7+ is participating; to assist and support activities which support and increase public awareness of the goals, objectives and purposes of the g7+; to make grants and distributions in support of programs and activities of the g7+ which have educational, scientific or otherwise have exclusively charitable purposes as well as to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, or, if organzied outside of the us, qualify as exempt charitable organizations under the laws of their domicile; to pursue any other purposes which a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the district of columbia and described in section 501(c)(3) of the code is legally permitted.
