The primary exempt purpose of the Glenn English National Leadership Cooperative Leadership Foundation is to encourage educational advancement and develop future leaders through the award of higher education scholarships to such eligible students - who through their experience and future goals - exhibit a desire to effect positive social change by embracing one or more of the cooperative values.
