Our mission is to end poverty and homelessness. We do this by mobilizing faith-based and community partners, activating individual and community assets, and meeting immediate needs in our community.

Good samaritan ministries has 75% ownership of the development and is responsible for all property management. The site is located on 96th street north of the city of zeeland, michigan. Occupancy began in january 2019. The project name is state street town homes and third coast homes is the umbrella name of the joint tenancy arrangement with lakeshore habitat for humanity.
