The foundation supports the mission of grand view hospital.

The health promotion and wellness staff, in conjunction with other grand view departments as well as external organizations, coordinates and provides numerous supportive and educational healthrelated programs to the community, most at no cost. Such programs include health programs, which provide education and provides numerous supportive and educational healthrelated programs to the community, most at no cost. Such programs include health programs, which provide education and promote selfresponsibility for the individual's good health. Led by health professionals, these classes feature a variety of topics including cancer, diabetes, heart care, orthopaedics, women's and children's health, fitness and more. Grand view also offers educational programs addressing the special health needs of people over the age of 50. Topics include flu, driving safety, fall prevention, and more. In addition, funds will be made available for pediatric patients referred to the grand new youth program who have a demonstrated need for financial assistance.
