Ensure that everyone is environmentally literate and capable of promoting a sustainable lifestyle. We provide job training, youth development and awareness.

Youth Program: Provides participants with hands-on community projects, inspiring guest speakers from the field, and opportunities for job shadowing, allowing them to gain real world expereince and insights into potential career paths.

Expenses: $183K

Tech Hub: Workforce development program where students receive basic digital literacy skills training to use in the workforce and their personal lives. During the year, 70 people from the community and 50 students were served in the program.

Expenses: $37K

Air Quality Monitoring Program: Focuses on outreach, education, and training on air quality, alongside installing air monitors. During the year, 117 monitors were installed and assessments were made in 10 childcare centers.

Expenses: $375K

Motor City To Solar City: Project focusing on revitalizing, rebuilding and restoring Detroit by promoting environmental and climate justice, providing full and fair access to training and preparing residents for employment in the Green Collar sector.
