HPC provided funds for the translation and/or printing of doctrinal materials in Creole, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Georgian, Moldovan, Kyrgyz, Polish, Belarusian, Romanian, and Turkish for distribution in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and several Eastern European countries.

HPC assisted with land purchases, building and development projects, and rent subsidies in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Ukraine, and other Eastern European countries. In Haiti, HPC assisted with at least 4 projects, and 3 rent and housing subsidies. In the Dominican Republic, HPC assisted with at least 1 project and 1 rent subsidy. In Ukraine, HPC assisted with 1 project. In other Eastern European countries, HPC assisted with 2 rent subsidies.
