Performs a public function on behalf of the county and its primary purpose is finance, acquire, own, lease, or dispose of porperties, to that end we may be able to maintain and increase employment opportunties, increase production of agricultural commodities, and increase th quantity of housing available in affected maunicipalities by promoting industry, trade,commerce , tourism and recreation, agriculture and housing contruction by inducing manufacturing, industrial, governmental, enducational, financial, service, commercial, recreational and agricultural enterprise to locate or remain in mcminn county.
