Improving the quality of life for under-priviledged youth ages 5 to 17.
Programs
3 programs
The jerome bettis cyber bus computer literacy and education program provides a safe learning, fun filled enviornment for underpriviledged, inner-city youth to develop technology skills that will bridge the digital divide for the entire family. This computer program requires parental involvement and a computer given to each youth after successful completion of the program. It is the belief that assisting youth to acquire valuable computer skills will enable them to become more competitive students, receive better grades, and open the door for more opportunities in today's workforce.
The jerome bettis toy drive caring for kids program provides a safe and supportive enviornment for inner city underpriviledged youth, where they can grow and develop as thoughtful and caring citizens. The foundation promotes self-esteem building programs, being responsible, and higher education initiatives that support a learning enviornment where employability is achieved.
Provides general purpose support to help improve the quality of life for underpriviledged youth
