To perform the functions of, carry out the purposes of and undertake any other activity to support the charitable purposes and activities of the children's center of brookline and greater boston, inc. All activities shall be for the exclusive benefit of that organization which is an organization described under sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) or 509(a)(2) of the internal revenue code.
