Clinical Services Coordination - Coordinated and provided appropriate diagnostic & assessment services for children with developmental concerns or chronic health issues. Coordinated and provided multi-disciplinary care for children with development disorders, including diagnostic, dietetic, nutrition, medical, counseling, behavioral and educational support, feeding therapy, social skills and community support. Provided referrals and coordination for appropriate ancillary services. Offered oral health screenings to children with developmental disorders. Offered programs to provide all services to families regardless of ability to pay, including counseling and parent advocacy/support services.

Community Outreach Program - Prepared and hosted free educational lectures, webinars, classes and Q&A sessions with various clinicians and professionals directed toward caregivers, families and professionals to offer information, support and raise awareness of needs, research, treatments, support and resources of those within the developmental disorder community, and to promote childrens health. Continue to build and host free resource library for community education that is made up of free resource materials, research articles, books, magazines, therapy aides and materials - all focused on developmental disorders and childrens health. Offered significant support and resources for families unable to afford appropriate, prescribed care, including maintaining up-to-date referral lists from programs all over the country, as well as support and guidance on numerous grant and scholarship opportunities, insurance program support, and more. Hosted awareness and inclusion events throughout the year to provide opportunities for support and socialization for people with developmental disorders and their families. Coordinated and staffed sibling support groups and social skills classes. Offered training for foster care parents and foster care professionals to address developmental, behavioral, and health care needs of children in foster care. New Program: Food recovery and open food pantry for families with children with chronic health issues and/or developmental disorders JCCHD has built a collaborative network of grocery stores, restaurants, and similar business to minimize food waste by collecting overstock items and uses these donations to stock a number of free food pantries, including one designated specifically for families with children with chronic health issues and/or developmental disorders to ensure these families have access to nutritious food for their children.
