The Legacy Foundation Of Southeast Arizona

The foundation is dedicated to providing non-profit organizations, government entities, and other tax-exempt charitable, educational or relief organizations throughout cochise and eastern santa cruz counties with educational trainings on topics relevant to the non-profit sector.

When the foundation operated as sierra vista regional health center, inc. (svrhc), net patient service revenue, reported at part viii, line 2, represented changes to the estimated net realizable amounts to/from the medicare program for services rendered to patients. As a hospital, svrhc was required to submit annual cost reports covering medical costs and expenses associated with the services provided by svrhc to medicare beneficiaries. These amounts were estimated and recorded in the period the related services were rendered and are then adjusted in future periods as final settlements are determined or recovery audit program audits are completed.
