We, the community of meeting ground, respect and serve persons at risk of,or experiencing homelessness by meeting basic human needs, connectingpeople to services, fostering spirtiual and emotional well-being, andadvocating for those whose voices need to be heard with the goal ofcreating a path to a place they call home.

Wayfarer house is a transitional shelter for single women and heads of households with children. It offers case management to set goals to move forward so that permanent housing can be obtained. In the past year, 18 individuals were served through this program.
The winter shelter was run with motel vouchers this past year due to covid. Meeting ground always provides the emergency shelter for the county, therefore was awarded this funding for the motel vouchers so that those who are unsheltered had a warm bed during the coldest months of the year.
