Contiinued developing and distributing patient education on more cardiovascular disease topics. Conducted more than 166,976 patient visits during the year. Membership is over 96,416 members (divided between mended hearts members and mended little hearts families). Created awareness and advocated for patients in collaboration with other organizations to support access to care, improved technologies and treatment advances for heart patients nationwide. In addition there were 4.2 million social media connections.
