The mentor connector's aim is to ensure all rutland county youth feel valued and supported. We believe that all youth are resilient and can thrive with encouragement. Therefore, we design innovative programs and strategies to help youth design the life they want. We empower all rutland county youth to feel comfortable fully expressing who they are and what they need and work with other organizations throughout rutland county to support our youth and build our community.
