The Mindful Group Inc. is a Milwaukee-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved communities through workforce training, job placement, and holistic support services. Our mission is to provide access to education, employment, and essential resources that foster economic self-sufficiency and career advancement. We specialize in skilled trades training, career pathway development, and strategic partnerships with businesses and educational institutions. Our wraparound services-such as housing, childcare, and transportation assistance-remove barriers to success. By leveraging data-driven workforce solutions, we create sustainable career opportunities for individuals facing employment challenges, including justice-involved individuals and low-income families. Through innovation and community collaboration, The Mindful Group is building a stronger, more equitable workforce.
Programs

Transportation assistance. We provide innovative solutions for individuals who have the barrier of transportation stopping them from the successful participation in training programs or work. This is done in the form of Uber, Group transport via company owned vehicle, and bus passes.
Housing Support. We have emergency housing support for individuals facing homelessness. This is done in partnership with organizations that have available rooms and apartments.
