Community feeding (training and work opportunity program): create common good (ccg) uses food to change lives and build healty communities. Ccg trains individuals with barriers to employment such as refugees, women affected by domestic violence, people overcoming addiciton or incarceration through valuable on-the-job food service skills training for lone-term self-sufficiency. We operate a commercial kitchen and all the food produced is with the intention of developing the skills and talents of at-risk populations, while also broadening access to fresh healty foods. Our foodservicwe training and work opportunities provide a space where trainees learn about workplace expectations, readying them for success in future work. Ccg sells food product and services to both retail and wholesale customers.
