The Nantucket Wine & Food Festival Charitable Foundation Inc

The corporation is organized and shall at all times be operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes within the meaning of section 50l (c)(3) of the internal revenue code as amended (the "code") and section 4 of chapter 180 of the massachusetts general laws as amended ("chapter 180"). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the principal activities of the corporation shall include: (a) assisting the town of nantucket and other non-profits in nantucket to achieve their charitable goals and objectives; and (b) cond ucting such other activities and programs in furtherance of the foregoing as may be carried out by a corporation organized under chapter 180 and described in section 50 i (c)(3) of the code.
