Emp 22 - emerging markets program (emp) - this program helps u.s. Organizations promote exports of u.s. Agricultural products to countries that have or are developing market oriented economies and that have the potential to be viable commercial markets.

Rapp 24 - regional agricultural promotion program (rapp) - this provides multi-year grant assistance to eligible u.s. Entities to conduct certain marketing and promotion activities, including activities to address existing or potential non-tariff trade barriers to trade, aimed at developing, maintaining, promoting, or expanding commercial export markets for u.s. Agricultural commodities.
