The National Fencing Foundation Of Washington Dc Inc

The foundation accepts and reviews applications for individual scholarships from individual youth fencers from all over teh nation, based upon need, merit, or a combination of both factors, and, as a board, reviews the recommendations of its officers for each individual. Awards range for $1,000 to $8,000, and are used exclusively to reimburse tournament events and registration fees and travel related expenses incurred for national and international competition. The board secretary approves reimbursement only after receiving documentation of each expense for which reimbursement is requested.
