The nehemiah project (the "organization") has been providing safe, temporary housing for men, women and children experiencing homelessness in northern michigan since 1987. As a faith-based non-profit (501(c)3 corporation, the organization believes that addressing the root causes of homelessness involves providing more than just a roof. They strive to address the deeper spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical issues that lead to homelessness.
