Helping families stay in their homes by managing significant home repair projects on behalf of the homeowner: in 2024 nearly 20 households received pass through grants/forgivable loans exceeding $400,000 for repairs that included roof replacements, major plumbing repairs, upgrading of dangerous electrical, furnace replacements and more.
Maintain non-residential/commercial properties such as parking lot(s) and office building(s) to support housing and/or other aspects of the non-profit mission
