Trauma and aces presentations: we delivered impactful trauma and adverse childhood experiences (aces) presentations to over 10 schools, reaching more than 1,000 students. These sessions were designed to provide students with awareness and coping strategies regarding trauma, helping them to process their experiences and build resilience. Feedback from teachers and school administrators highlighted increased student engagement and openness in discussions surrounding mental health.

Community education programs: conducting 30 workshops and seminars allowed us to reach over 1,000 community members, focusing on essential topics such as mental health literacy, addiction awareness, and wellness strategies. These programs not only provided critical information but also fostered a sense of community cohesion, encouraging participants to support one another in making healthier choices.
