Mission
North carolina community action assocation is a non-profit, non-partisan organization organized and directed by low income and non-profit groups. Nccaa seeks to serve as an advocate for the poor, assuring their voice is heard on matters of public policy at the state, federal and local levels.
Programs

Diaper assistance program where low income families receive 100 diapers per month for their children by participating in agency programs like: job readiness training, educational and specialized learning programs, parenting classes and financial empowerment courses.
Healthy homes initiative program (hhi) - provides low-income families with the crucial home repairs that they need to improve their overall health.
Various other programs focused on providing services to the poor.
