To implement programs, provide for programs and assist those philanthropic, charitable, scholarship, literary, artistic and cultural activities and endeavors from time to time determined by the members or directors within the southwest florida area including, without limitation, the creation, implementation, and operation of educational scholarship or grant programs to entities organized for charitable purposes and providing such services to the southwest florida area.

The organization provides a means for members to develop and cultivate their interest in floral arrangements. These arrangements are donated to florida hospice.
The purpose of the oaks women's club scholarship fund is to nurture and support worthy students in the pursuit of their career objectives. During the fiscal year ended april 30, 2025, the scholarship fund paid out a total of 165,000 in scholarships on behalf of student recipients.
