To determine policies regarding enrollment,projects, leadership, and other activities pertaining to the Clinton County 4-H program; to plan and promote 4-H on a county-wide and community basis; to sponsor and carry out Clinton County 4-H club activites such as the junior fair, camp, tours, training, health and safety programs, and beautification.
