Assisting clients with their basic needs when homeless, struggling with mental illness or substance abuse issues, housing assistance. Crisis assistance for community members to help during crisis assistan food boxes, clothing, narcan, gun locks, medication if needed for clients. Transition housing - motel lease and utilities for justice involved clients that are transitioning back into the community from incarceration and are homeless. Clients are required to participate in behavioral health services while living in transitional housing. During this time the client has an intensive case manager which assists them to get back on their feet and transition back into the community, transitional housing is a 90 day program.
