Red tab savers programthe current goal of the program is to incentivize hourly employees to save their own money to build a financial safety net. The long-term goal is to do the same at a greater scale. In fiscal year 2024, 503 employees saved more than $260,000 of their own money in the program and received match rewards and financial education from the program.

Interest-free emergency loansinterest-free loans are offered to employees in circumstances where the need is more of a cash flow issue than a true financial emergency. In fiscal year 2024, 11 employees were issued no-interest loans totaling $8,081.
