Restoring connection by building a community of recovery in downtown Vancouver as we challenge each other to grow through lifes hardships.
Programs
3 programs
Support, Accountability, Goals Authenticity (SAGA) A long-term program for individuals interested in taking significant steps to change their lives. The curriculum is designed for cohorts to complete comprehensive life-skill development in 9 months. In 2024 21 individuals engaged in and/or completed the program.
Couve Opiate Response Effort (CORE) An initiative focused on reducing opiate related deaths in our neighborhood. CORE participants receive case management to remove barriers to treatment, including transportation to Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) appointments. CORE also distributes Narcan widely throughout the unhoused encampments and provides information about how to engage in Opiate Use Disorder treatment.
Room for Change An initiative designed to support individuals from unhoused conditions into transitional housing, employment and self-sufficiency. Individuals receive intensive case management and removal of barriers which have kept them unhoused. In 2024 10 individuals engaged in and/or completed the program.
