The Suzanne Morgan Memorial Foundation

The organization operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the guidelines of section 501(c)(3)of the irc of 1986, as amended, and operates exclusively for the benefit and support of one or more "qualified organizations" (organizations described in full compliance with rules and regulations of section 501(c)(3) and of either sections 509(a)(1) or 509(a)(2) of the irc), as selected from time to time by the board of directors. The initial selection is the cancer support community of philadelphia (formerly the wellness community - philadelphia).
