The betty jane memorial fund distributes the greater of 5% of the prior year's average of month-end market values or dividends and interest earned by the fund publicly supported charitable organizations which promote physical, mental, social and vocational rehabilitation for people with disabilities. Distributions are made based upon recommendations of the fund advisors who shall be appointed by the foundation.

The robert g teach fund makes distributions to various local organizations that support learning and community activites.
