The purpose for which the corporation is organized is to preserve and protect life and property from and during such fires as may occur in the community of troutdale and the surrounding areas of grayson county, virginia. To operate life-saving equipment and rescue facilities for the prevention of catastrophes and in the aid of all persons in distress. To promote the welfare of the community and its citizens through active and constructive projects.
