The us amateur weightlifting foundation was organized for the benefit and support of usa weightlifting inc. The foundation's vision is to expand weightlifting access and education to all by offering a platform for personal strength and transformation. Through nurturing use of the barbell at all levels and making weightlifting everyone's sport, we will build a stronger society.
