Virginia Progressive Leadership Program - The VAPLP is a year-long program designed to identify and develop emerging, diverse leaders in Virginia. At the core of the program is a commitment to creating a progressive leadership development model that works to address structural and racial inequities. The curriculum includes training on fundraising, story telling, board development, community organizing and relationship building.
