Compass center provides counseling on budgeting and debt reduction, as well as workshops to increase participants' financial literacy and improve overall financial health.through its career advising program, compass center offers support with job search skills, including rsum and interview preparation, guidance on the job search process, and assistance exploring career directions. The program also provides career-related workshops to help individuals find new employment or return to work or school after raising families.the legal information program offers answers to questions related to family law, tenancy, domestic violence, separation, and divorce. Compass center collaborates with professional attorneys and unc law school to provide this information.

Community education and engagement program:compass center's community education and engagement program includes connections to community resources through its information and referral service, which helps clients explore and prioritize their specific needs and develop an action plan to access resources. Adult education presentations and workshops on domestic violence and agency services are provided in community and professional settings. Youth education on dating violence, healthy relationships, and sexual health are offered in local schools.

This program provides short-term emergency housing, along with financial assistance and case management, at secure locations for survivors in need of immediate safe shelter.
