Theta Chi Alumni Corporation

To provide for social and recreational uses of the alumni, and the housing of active members of theta chi fraternity, particulary of delta rho chapter, and for the distribution to approved charities and benevolences in the name of theta chi fraternity; to hold title to, rent, lease, convey, improve, or otherwise deal in real property in furtherance for the purpose set forth above.
