Operate a vista program, which is a national service program designed to fight poverty and illiteracy, improve health services, and strengthen community groups.

The change leader alliance aims to transform traditional top-down approaches to addressing poverty by elevating emerging leaders with lived experience. Through think tank, the alliance develops leadership skills in individuals who have personally navigated poverty, addiction, or incarceration, enabling them to serve on community boards, speak in public forums, and drive effective solutions to the challenges our communities face.

Contracted trainings to cover initiatives important to an organization or community. Program redesign and neighborhood engagement/development projects. Collect data and plan growth; host fundraising/awareness campaigns.

The change leader alliance works to provide access to platforms for emerging leaders with live experiences in poverty, addiction or incarceration to use their stories to inspire, educate and advocate for change.
