Third Street Neighborhood Assoc

To establish and maintain a neighborhood association which promotes the improvement and beautification of property within the boundaries of the association. To develop a community area that is safe, healthful, and promotes harmonious living. To do any and all things within the authority of the association to promote the well-being of the residents and real-property owners.
