Produce the first comprehensive visual study of the entire nation since the documentation of the depression and dust bowl era by government photographers more than 75 years ago. Over 10 to 15 years, this is america photographers, videographers, and writers will produce high- resolution digital photographs as well as state-of-the-art videos and supporting written materials throughout the united states and selected us territories. The images and videos resulting from these expeditions will be donated, copyright-free, to the library of congress and to the states and communities recorded.
