Peer Mentoring: The Organization's mentoring model includes three monthly touch points, barrier buster assistance, and the creation of prosocial community support for enrolled participants. The Organization works so that every mentee leaves the program feeling empowered, supported and connected to community resources.

Violence Reduction / Prevention: Program targeting individuals living in hot spot zones and identified by criminal justice stakeholders for being affiliated, associated, or involved with violence in Indianapolis. The program will offer a mix of lived-experience mentoring, job readiness, and social services. The organization can saturate the cohort with badly needed services all in one place. The project design employs a three-pronged approach.

Job Readiness: Ensure that participants are equipped with the skills necessary to secure gainful employment. The Organization created the RAP3 curriculum (Resume, Application, Presentation, Probation, and Permanent Hire) to cover the steps involved in the job seeking process. RAP3 employs evidence-based methods and best practices such as prosocial modeling, collaborative problem-solving, incremental skill-building and the establishment of trust with an infusion of hope.
