The purpose of the thomasville community development corporation is to improve the quality of life and wealth creation opportunities for residents of thomasville's under-invested neighborhoods. The corporation embraces a people-first, asset-based approach to work alongside residents to improve outcomes in the tradtional neighborhoods ura.

Loan fund - in conjuction with subsidiary company investtvl, llc and act albany community together inc, a cdfi, as well as local community banks to provide loan funding to local business owners in need of assistance.
Drawdown georgia - initiative to decrease energy costs by utilizing solar energy as well as increase health initiatives in impoverished areas of thomasville/thomas county. Single family home development - to assist in beautification, refurbishing, cost of construction of single family residences in impoverished areas of thomasville/thomas county
