Trac's mission is to provide a range of services and resources for children, youth, adults and families to ensure stable relationships and strong community connections.
Programs

Black adoption services: family recruitment and retention provides informational and referral services including community awareness activities. Additionally, it addresses disproportionality by focusing on the particular cultural values and needs of the african-american community.
Black adoption services: families for children provides information, recruitment, referral and support services to african-americans interested in adoption and foster care.
Other programs services includes family connections and outpatient therapy which work to maintain foster and adoptive families with new placements and prevention of children from re-entering the child welfare agencies. This plus other programs provide family preservation services and primarly includes families from western pennsylvania but will also include children and families from outside this area.
