Three Rivers Citizens Advisory Board

The c.a.b. Provides instructors and materials for court-ordered offenders to attend classes in alcohol awareness programs and financial rehabilitation. We also provide donations to various charitable and law enforcement agencies to purchase items beyond their budgetary constraints.
