Mission
Three rivers community foundation advances social change through grantmaking, advocacy, and capacity development for grassroots and other organizations. Trcf embraces and practices "change, not charity" by empowering grantee organizations to ensure social, economic, and environmental justice in southwestern pennsylvania.
