Three Valleys Community Foundation hosts a number of Donor Advised Funds that allow donors and families to engage in philanthropy and plan and direct their donations toward local causes and nonprofits according to their values and interests. 3VCF helps them plan their giving and introduces them to vetted nonprofits. Their funds can be invested to grow their impact over time. The nonprofits receiving DAF grants range in focus and include support for the arts, education, animal welfare, food insecurity, cancer, social services and domestic violence victims.
Three Valleys Community Foundation hosts an annual State of Giving Gathering event that brings together donors, nonprofits, community leaders, elected officials, fundholders, corporate sponsors, and all who care about community to celebrate and award grants to nonprofits in support of their direct service work and to amplify their impact and bring awareness to their causes and the unmet needs and challenges in our community and region. We report on the state of philanthropy and have an inspiring keynote speaker to motivate everyone to renew their commitment to give, grant and grow our community.
