Seneca court supportive housing: the office of mental health and substance abuse services (omhsas) approved the westmoreland county crr conversion plan (the plan) for the seneca court residential property owned by the organization. The plan converted the seneca court residential property from a four person crr into supportive housing for three individuals effective on september 1,2010. It is the understanding of the organization that the conversion of the seneca court residential property qualifies as continued use by the county program. On january 15, 2014 the seneca court property was converted to a crr-pc facility under the westmoreland county bh/ds contract.
